1.Are my credit card details safe?

2.Is my data safe?

Answer.Sanapalas use industry standards Transport layer security while customers use its service onlines.Further Sanapalas doesn't store credit card details of its consumers on its server.The data regarding to credit cards,debit cards ,net banking is processed by third party service CcAvenue which is known worldwide for its safety in transactions online.

3.How is my data used?

Answer.Sanapalas doesnt store the data regarding financial transactions on its servers ,it stores data regarding account creation the email address of its customers and addresses of its customers for faster checkouts the next time the customer checks out on 4littlebread.com and sending timely emails regarding new products.

4.Why should I give my mobile number for Cash On Delivery option?

Answer.Customers who prefer cash on delivery mode are made mandatory to provide their mobile numbers in order to prevent difficulties during shipping.

5.Why should I provide image of my prescription?

Answer.As per government of India's order no drug should be dispensed without a valid legitimate doctors prescription.In order to continue our operations without the hassel of breaking the law ,we require you to provide picture of your prescription either in the form created below the product or more conveniently  by whatsapping to +91-99121007293 / +91-                                

6.Why am i asked to pay more amount post product purchase?

 Answer.In the online industry taxes and laws are subjected to constant change.Change is constant.We being a new startup with lakhs of product with limited staff, may not be able to monitor the price change of each and every individual product.The manufacturer may suddenly raise the price of the product without prior notice at which moment we are not able to provide the new price instantly,we will notice the change in price at the point the customer buys the product at which point we shall ask the customer to pay extra amount.If the customer is unable to pay extra price then the order will be cancelled with prior intimation to the customer and the money collected from the customer will be refunded.If the price of a product falls,same terms apply ,we shall inform the customer about the newly developed low price and the excess amount shall be returned back to the customer. 

 

8.How do i return a defective,damaged or not as described item?

Answer.For products that are defective, damaged, or 'not-as-described':

  • You must call 09912107293 or 07042610625 or drop in a mail at [email protected] within 2 days on receipt of your product

  • You will need to provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID for registering your complaint

  • You\r\n will need to return the unused product along with its original \r\npackaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of \r\nregistering your complaint.           

9.How are refunds processed?

Answer.Once your refund complaint is processed the customer care team will inform you by emailA refund is processed based on the mode of payment.If\r\n payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the \r\ncredit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing \r\nstatement.If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.If\r\n payment is done using either Cash on delivery, Cheques and Demand \r\ndrafts, then the amount is refunded in the form of cheque, which will be\r\n delivered to the billing address.
